FAQ

  • Do you work on only heavy-duty diesel trucks?
    Yes, we only work on class 6, 7, and 8 trucks.
  • Can I combine services?
    Yes! If you have multiple units needing mobile service in the same day, we will only charge one service call fee and one fuel surcharge. The other units will be charged in quarter-hour increments.
  • Do you have a warranty?
    We offer a 30-day warranty for all labor. Parts we will warranty with the vendor they were purchased from.
  • Do you accept payment plans?
    We do not currently accept payment plans, and all fees are due at the completion of service.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept EFS checks, Comcheks, TCheks, Credit Cards, and Cash. Personal/business checks will not be accepted unless you are set up as an account with us.
  • What is a typical time frame for a mobile unit to come out to my location?
    Generally, we can get to your location within 90 minutes – this does vary depending on the amount of calls we receive on a day-to-day/if we have technicians working on a large project.
